Premade (In Stock) Orders All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–5 business days of your order being placed. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–8 business days worldwide. Priority shipping is also available in select countries — priority orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–5 business days.
Preorder (Made to Order) Orders Preorder items are produced in batches and require additional processing time. Here's what to expect:
- Production: 4–6 weeks
- Transit to fulfillment centre: 4–8 days
- Processing & quality check: 1–2 days
- Shipping: Same as premade orders — standard (5–8 business days) or priority (4–5 business days)
We'll keep you updated throughout the process and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
No Hidden Costs The shipping cost you pay at checkout is all-inclusive — duties and taxes are covered. What you see is what you pay, no surprises at your door.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not update immediately — your order will show live updates once it has arrived in your country and been handed over to your local courier for final delivery.
