Is my order premade or preorder?

We'll announce on our Instagram when premade stock sells out and preorders open. Not sure which you ordered? If you haven't received a shipping notification with a tracking number within 5–10 business days of placing your order, you're likely on a preorder.

What are your shipping options?

We ship worldwide via Yunexpress with standard shipping arriving in 5–8 business days. Depending on your country, a priority shipping option may also be available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

Exchanges: Wrong/damaged items, request within 5 business days of receiving item(s).

Returns/Refunds: Only if order isn’t shipped in 8–10 weeks or delivered within 12 weeks. Read more here.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes! Every product page includes a size guide with the garment's length and chest width in inches. We also list the model's height and the size they're wearing so you can use them as a reference when choosing your fit.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Generally no — once a drop sells out, that's it. That said, if there's enough demand we may bring certain pieces back, so follow our Instagram to stay in the loop.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination and order weight.

How do I care for my Murk3r pieces? (washing instructions)

Care instructions are printed on the inside label of every garment. You can also find them on each product page under the Garment Care section.
