Is my order premade or preorder?
We’ll announce on our Instagram page once all premade items are sold out and preorders have begun. Another easy way to tell is if you haven’t received a shipping update with a tracking number within 4–5 business days of placing your order.
What are your shipping options?
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, while orders within GCC countries are shipped using Aramex.
What is your return policy?
All sales final.
Exchanges: Wrong/damaged items, request within 5 business days.
Returns: Only if order isn’t shipped in 8–10 weeks or delivered within 12 weeks. Read more here.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and weight.
