Refund policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted
under the conditions listed below.
Exchanges
Exchanges are valid only if:
The product arrives damaged.
The wrong size is shipped.
The wrong colorway or product is shipped.
Must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
Contact us at support@murk3r.com with your order number (Example #0000) and photos.
We’ll provide a return label. You must print it and ship the original item back.
Additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Returns
Returns are only valid if:
Your order is not shipped within 8–10 weeks.
Your order is not delivered within 12 weeks.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
